Safety Regulations and Precautions

As a pressure vessel, the pressure tank must strictly adhere to safety operation regulations to prevent accidents caused by pressure loss of control or material leakage:

1. Pressure Safety: Overpressure operation is strictly prohibited (the internal pressure must not exceed the design pressure). Regular pressure vessel inspections must be conducted (once every 3 years).

3. Anti-static Measures: The tank must be reliably grounded (grounding resistance ≤4Ω). When conveying flammable or explosive materials (such as bituminous coal), nitrogen must be used as the fluidizing gas (inert protection).
4. Operation Standards: Strictly follow the "loading - pressurization - conveying - pipeline clearing" process. It is forbidden to open the feed valve or manhole under pressurized conditions.
5. Emergency Response: In case of tank leakage, immediately shut down and depressurize, purge and dilute the material with inert gas. Direct water flushing is strictly prohibited (to avoid agglomeration and clogging).
